I hired Jacob to uninstall or existing fence and in-turn reinstall the fence after regrading and resoding takes place in my back yard. He attempts to hit me with an "on-site eval charge" AFTER coming to the site, and pulling a no-show the first time we had plans to meet, and I turned down the job because I can get it done for 1/3 of the price elsewhere. Claims it says it on the profile and it does not.

Jacob sorted out the quite literal jungle of weeds that were growing through the pavers (they were about 3ft or more in some places), pressure washed the pavers, and applied weed prevention. All I can say is WOW. Jacob came in and removed interior walls in my garage. From the beginning of reaching out to him to the end of the project he was professional all the way. Due to many personal reasons, we had to reschedule twice and Jacob was very flexible with our schedule. After removing the walls, hauling the debris away he came back and vacuumed the area. That was not expected at all! I will definitely use Jacob in the future.
